This is a semi-flexible, permanent, urethane resin used for jacket repair or splicing portable cables.
It is flame retardant and has MSHA approval number P-142-5 when used with 82-F1 or 82-F2 Splice kits. (Item does not include mold, see part#3M 82-F1)
